ISME Website History Standing Committee IHME Homepage SUTORI HISTORY OF MUSIC EDUCATION TIMELINES Sutori is a collaborative instructional and presentation tool for the classroom. It can be used as an alternative to traditional presentations such as PowerPoint or Prezi. The stories can be viewed one panel at a time, like a slideshow, or more usually scrolled through like a timeline. Teachers can use Sutori to create linear presentations that students will view in class or at their own pace. There are several existing Sutori Timeline presentations on the topic of the history of music education. Most of these focus on the the background to and development of music education in the United States of America but there is also one on Japanese music education. Links to these are listed below and may be accessed by clicking on the icons.
